File a claim

• Notify Anda Insurance Agencies Pte Ltd within 21 days on the happening of any accident or illness which may give rise to a claim
• Notify the police if there is evidence of criminal or malicious act involved
• All medical reports and information required by the company shall be furnished at the insured expense

Documents required

• Original completed domestic helper claim form
• Original medical bills
• Copy of in-patient discharge summary from the hospital
• Copy of the insurance certificate
• Copy of the work permit
• Copy of the employment contract showing the monthly salary of the domestic helper
• Copy of the medical certificate of treatment (PDF) (where applicable)
• Police report (where applicable)
• Copy of the death certificate (where applicable)
